Good Habits Start Early

To Be Honest, puberty can be hard but… we are here to help!

A tween is a child between the ages of 9-12. No longer a little child, but not quite a teenager yet. Middle school has a million challenges and changing bodies is certainly one of them. These transitional years can be physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually challenging. Tweens take on new responsibilities at home and school. And of course, they test boundaries while learning to balance independence and social changes.
We at TBH understand what these changes mean for our kids and parents, too! We know that it’s never easy and no one gets through unscathed so lets keep talking.

TBH is a safe space for all

We are here as an expert voice for tweens and a witty, fun friend to parents. We are here to remind everyone that transition and change can be uncomfortable but it’s all part of the journey. Surrender to it, laugh as much as possible and keep talking – we are here to listen and discuss.

Self-Love & Self-Care

Self-love and self-care are the building blocks to a strong foundation as tweens navigate through the middle school years. That means feeding mind, body and spirit with all good-for-you things! And, teaching kids good personal care habits is a great place to start.
